Every week Lauren asks her guests 5 quick-fire questions…
What’s one thing you wish you’d known when you started this journey?
“Your big goals aren’t big enough.”
What’s one thing you wish you’d done sooner in your business?
“Hired help and people to help me build my vision, not thinking I have to do it all on my own.”
Why do you do what you do?
“I do what I do because I believe that everybody has got something in them. They can achieve something extraordinary, they just don’t know it yet.”
What’s the best part about your job?
“So many things. I love people. And the best part of my job is that I'm always meeting new people. I'm always talking to new people. I love people.”
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
“Was from an amazing woman, in her late 50s… at the time I was facing a really big decision in my life and she said to me, this is how you should make the decision. You have to think, if I was 70 years old and I looked back on this decision would I be glad - yes I did it, or no I didn't. She said if that’s not helpful think about if the decision was taken away from you, would you feel disappointed? If that still doesn’t help, get a coin, literally one side is yes, one side is no. Flip the coin and when it lands and you feel disappointed, you know the answer.”
